Rob graduated from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2018, where he focused on family law and conflict resolution. Though he is a licensed attorney, his main focus is providing mediation services to parties going through divorce.
Rob has mediated hundreds of cases and has been recognized as one of Utah's top family law mediators.
His style combines compassion, legal analysis, and a pragmatic approach to problem solving. His goal is to help parties complete their divorce process as peacefully and smoothly as possible.
In his free time, Rob enjoys writing music, studying history, and playing soccer. He lives with his wife and four children in Lehi, Utah.

After completing her undergraduate and master's programs at Yale, Jennifer earned a Certificate in Peace Studies from the University in Utah.
Jennifer has mediated all types of family cases including divorce, guardianship, and parentage matters, as well as many community and business cases.
Her style emphasizes client empowerment, communication, and respect for each party's self-determination.
She lives with her family in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Adalyn graduated from Utah State University where she underwent extensive training in conflict analysis, communication skills, and conflict resolution techniques.
Her passion is giving people the skills to understand and resolve their own conflicts. In her capacity as a conflict coach, she meets one-on-one with clients to help them understand their conflict styles and prepare mentally for mediation.
She also assists with all mediation preparation, including information gathering, scheduling, and billing.
