Each party may have their own consultation, or the parties can attend a single consultation together.

Each party pays their fee of $150 for the first one-on-one session.
If the parties require additional one-on-one sessions with the mediator, those sessions are charged at the mediator's standard hourly rate.
Note: Mediators may have different rates from each other, and rates are subject to change.  

The first mediation session is billed at a flat rate of $750. The cost is split between the parties ($375 each), unless the parties mutually agree in writing that one of them will cover the entire bill. The session is designed to last 3 hours.
If additional sessions are required, they will be billed at the mediator's standard rate. For additional sessions, the mediator will charge an up-front minimum payment of 2 hours. If the session goes longer than the 2-hour minimum, the additional fee will be collected at the end of the mediation.

The preparation and filing of required divorce documents is billed at a flat rate. If children are involved in the case, the flat rate is $750. If there are no children involved in the case, the flat rate is $500.

The Courts require a filing fee of $333 for every divorce and parentage case. The Utah Divorce Clinic collects and additional $27 for transaction fees and staff time.
