How Much Does Divorce Mediation Cost?

The cost of divorce is a common concern. When you're already looking at dividing assets, splitting bank accounts, and setting up a whole new household, the last thing you want to think about is the cost of the divorce process itself.

Fortunately, the cost of a mediated divorce is about 90% less expensive than the cost of a traditional divorce, with attorneys.

While a traditional divorce (where both sides hire attorneys) can easily cost $10,000 per side, the average cost of divorce through our process is about $2,000-$2,500 total.

At the Utah Divorce Clinic, our goal is to make the divorce process as simple and affordable as possible.
