If you've reached on agreement on terms of your divorce or child custody plan, the last step is filing your agreement with the Utah Courts. This involves preparing and submitting various supporting documents, including affidavits, statements regarding jurisdiction, and certain financial information.
The process of preparing and filing divorce documents is charged as a flat fee. For cases involving children, the cost is $750. For cases not involving children, the cost is $500. For both types of cases, there is also $333 Court filing fee.
In some cases, our team may also be able to guide you though the Court's MyPaperwork program, potentially saving you time and money.
